What is the good news about kashmir that Zardari is promising to his countrymen in his inaugural speech ?

Asa journalist ,i think Asif Zardari is not any exception @Pakistan. Before taking Presidential oath ,Zardari promised to keep Kashmir issue in back channel, normalise trade between two countries which can boost Kashmir Economy. But comparing to present situation @Kashmir -I don't know How many promise Zardari try to keep entact? Any way to Indian Southblock-- Musharraf was more accessible& flexible rather than present president Asif Zardari . Time will say what diplomatic ifs and buts check & cross-check?
