Embarring Period Ordeal...Please Help?

I'm pretty sure she already knows you have your period. I'm sure your mom told her about it, plus she is a woman, too, you have to remember. lol. She's been through it sooo many times. Just talk to her, I promise it's not as big of a deal as you think. It will actually make you feel better to talk to her! If you want to know something embarring, I got my first period when I was 9!
