What is the best chat service in terms of chatting with real people (not bots) ?

Many chat services are ntohing more than thousands of bots roaming freely offering anything for increasing size of cerain organs to phone numbers of cute women. SOme of us are more interested in having an hour every now and then to talk to other people without having to "ignore " thousands of bots...Is there such a place, and is it friendly??
