How come Obama doesn't have the guts to talk to Tony Hayward BP CEO?

Because Tommy would kick his azz, and cut off future campaign funds if 0bama got out of line, it is quite obvious by his allowing BP to run things in our Gulf that Tommy is more in charge than Barry
