Anyone have any tips for designing for latinos/hispanics?? Like newsletter/page layout design???

Stay away from things that resemble a Cross. Most Hispanics are Catholic and might consider that quasi-offensive. As far as colors, you should be OK to use what ever you like. Letters-I am Mexican myself and don't know of any cultural significance places on any specific letter, so you should be OK in that regard as well
