Tough waterproof digital camera?

I'm looking for a digital camera that can withstand water, mud, slime, etc. It's summer and I've been cat fishing it up... I usually just use my cell phone to take pictures, but I'm getting tired of getting it dirty and slimy. Catfish are muddy and slimy, plus the chicken liver you use as bait is slimy and disgusting. I try to take a picture of every fish I catch before I release it back... Does anyone know a digital camera that is waterproof and tough? Preferably under $200... If that's possible...Thanks!
