First Person Run and Gun Online Shooter?

I want to play an online FPS game but I suck at tactics and don't like strategic game I've been playing Crazy Shooter Online but I just get owned because I don't know any tactics, what I want is a OFPS game that is like Crazy Shooter Online but not as tactical and customizable clothes you play in not a complete solder game where its all military so A Cross between a Run and Gun FPS and a Urban Shooter that you play with clothes not soldier gear, Any ideas? Thanks
