Oh im sooo tensed!!!?

hey! im SO confused n im badly in need of some good advice! let me start at d beginning. last year, i won the badminton girls doubles championship in our school. n this girl who always used to win lost in the mixed doubles. so, this year again im selected and not the girl who lost. now the girl is spreading stories that she asked me whether she could play and i said no and stuff. she never asked me such questions. and in the school bus, i overheard some students saying that i don't play well. why dont they remember that i won the match last time? oh i feel horrible. infact, i think im losing my confidence. please help me!!!
