The premiership has never had so much money yet clubs struggle with debt?

In Hull's case, it's all down to the Management of the club. I wonder why on earth they have a wage bill of �40M. It's not as if they were going to mount a challenge for the title or play in the CL. People believe that if you play for an EPL side, you must earn �70K+ a week. Team in the cadre should pay no more than �50K and anything else should come from performance related bonuses. I doubt if anyone of them would have made �10K from that this season.
