My corp issued 1099 misc to contractor who plowed some other comps in bdlg. reimb me but i still 1099 full ?

i wrote all three checks from our company checking account and two times another company in the building reimb. me.. should I have reduced his 1099 by their payments to me although they did not directly 1099 him?? is he trying to get away with something
