Is the Restored Church of God a good congregation?

I was looking into the different churches that came fro the World Wide CoG & both the Living CoG & the RCoG say they're the "true" church from the original. So which one is better for those that have been there? I'm looking for a church meeting on Saturdays without going to the SDA.
