WIC question?

i used to live in tulsa and get my WIC in tulsa but now ive moved to another town, and i just recently am not recieving WIC because my sons expired when he turned when and i havent got him reinstated, ive got a two month old who i havent put on WIC yet. so do ihave to go to the place i used to go to to get it switched to the WIC service in my town, or can i just got to the one in my town since im not recieving any from the other. i hope i didnt confuse anyone thanks!?!?!♥
