What are my chances for these colleges?

Don't be negative. Your SAT is slightly low, but you have a lot of ECs and seem to emit a pionate vibe. I would apply to BU and secretly apply to Arizona State. Why not? Just get money and buy a Visa card at the supermarket. Then if you get in you can figure out if you can go there or not. It's only $60. You have a chance at Boston University.
