Protein Shakes vs. Chocolate milk! Which one is better Post workout?

My vote is chocolate milk. Recent studies show that chocolate milk is a much better post workout drink than any of the highly marketed protein shakes like ON 100% whey, Monster and muscle milk ext. I was told this years ago by the Texas A&M Strength coach. Chocolate has the carbs and the extra nutrients you lose through sweat in the gym and it has been shown to work more effectively with the body. It has about a 3:1 Carb/protein ration which is ideal for post workout. Checkout Rock N' Refuel by shamrock farms 20 grams of protein a lot of carbs in just a small bottle. Tell me your vote!
