Ok so i had a miscarriage april of this year?

i was on ortho lo for a month and stopped using bc because i was going to try to get pregnant during the end of the month i was on bc i had breakthrough bleeding and since then i have not had my period and of course have had unprotected because we want a baby...no period, sore and negative pregnancy test as of 2 days ago....
